[Deeppwg] [EXTERNAL] DPWG meetings

Dear all,
at the last coll. meeting, I prepared but did not
present few slides about the DPWG activities.

Please note:

- the populated agenda was welcome and the meeting
quite productive. Still the coll. meeting offers
wide odience but limited time for discussion. I
encourage everybody to take advantage of the DPWG
meetings on Thursday to get frequent exchanges and
early feedbacks. If you have progresses to share,
just drop me an email.

- there are upcoming conferences in April (APS
and DIS). I would strongly encourage to timely
plan releases of new preliminary results. I
indicate the target dates on slide 5: let's
aim for releases before the end of the month
for APS, with release notes before March 28.
The goal is to avoid having releases the week
just before the Conference, as this tends to
constrain any discussion, prevent further
improvements, and conflict with the dry-runs.
