[Deeppwg] Preparing releases for DNP fall

Dear all,

In the end, I decided to write a separate e-mail about DNP. If you 
intend to show any updated or new results at DNP, I remind you that you 
must submit a release note and present your work at a DPWG meeting.

Please contact me if you are going to request a release in order to 
schedule the release talks in september.

As DNP will take place on October 7th/12th, I kindly ask you to write 
and submit your release note no later than September 7th.
