[Deeppwg] New request for release: ep->epX asymetries with RGC data

Dear all,

Timothy has requested a release regarding his preliminary analysis of 
RGC data with ep->epX channel. The release note can be found here:

His release talk is scheduled on August 24th. As it is a release for 
Spin 2023 happening end of September, the decision about the release 
will be taken on August 31st. Until then, do not hesitate to contact
