[Deeppwg] Timothy's CAA request

Dear all,

CAA requests need to be approved by the working group prior being 
submitted to the collaboration.

Yesterday Timothy presented his CAA request. You can find the CAA note 
and the talk he gave yesterday on the DPWG webpage. If you have any 
question or comment related to this request, please send it to Timothy 
with me in cc until Thursday December 14th.

Once all questions and comments have been answered, I will consider the 
request approved by the working group.
