Dear all,

I have been reminded about the upcoming APS DNP meeting. I remind you 
that if you want to show new results, it first must be approved by the 
working group.

If you are in this situation, please contact me and send me a release 
note at your earliest convenience.

For a first release, I recommend you to send me a release note as soon 
as you can so that it can be carefully reviewed.

For an update, please include a section summarizing the main difference 
in the analysis and if possible a comparison with the previous release.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any question. Finally do not 
forget to notify CLAS speaker committee.
