[Deeppwg] DPWG: Not much available in May... so please contact me ASAP if you need a DPWG in May

Dear all,

Between personal vacation and unusual duties/meetings/commitments, I 
won't be much available until end of May for DPWG meetings. I thank you 
for your understanding and apologize in advance for the inconvenience.

Consequently I advise you to contact me as soon as possible if you are 
planning to request a release for a talk before June 10th. Same advice 
for analysis review requests. I want to make sure that you will have the 
opportunity to present your work to the working group.

Finally I am always interested by requests from volunteers (PhD 
students, postdoc or experienced researchers) willing to discuss their 
analysis with the working group, even if it is at an early stage. If you 
want to do so, do not hesitate to contact me. There is no need to wait 
for the analysis to be finalized for presenting it. I will give the 
priority to release and review requests, if there is any.

I am available this thursday but not the two weeks after. For the 
moment, there is no request for a meeting. I will confirm you tomorrow 
if I get a request today or tomorrow.
