[Deeppwg] No DPWG meeting this morning / DIS and APS meeting in April

Dear all,

This Thursday (1/11/24) there will be no DPWG meeting. I apologize to 
the US folks that may wake up early in case there would be a meeting. I 
have just realized that we are already Thursday.

For the moment the agenda is still empty for the next week. This time 
for sure, if there is nothing planned, I will keep you inform at the 
latest on tuesday that there is no DPWG meeting.

However, quite soon, I expect to have a busy DPWG schedule as there are 
a couple of CAA and analysis review that has started. On February 8th, 
Pierre will give an update on the J/Psi analysis (Thank you Pierre).

In April, there will be the DIS conference in Grenoble (France) and the 
APS meeting. I have already received a couple of abstract for the later 
and there should be some request for release as well.

Knowing that the CLAS collaboration meeting is in March, we may not have 
that many opportunities for release talk. So please, try to send your 
release note at the latest by end of February or at least inform me that 
you will request a release.
