Hello Everyone,

Attached is a draft of the first and last sections of the proposal 
addendum. In the first part I tried to slightly rephrase the requests by 
the committee so that they will fit with the plan we discussed. The 
final section lists the adjustments to the budget. The idea was then to 
say a few words about each of the three areas for which the requests 
were made. If you think this is a good layout, we could proceed writing 
the respective sections. The draft for the quarterly report is attached 
as well. Please note that you can find both documents at docs.google.com.

Maybe can have a short meeting tomorrow, Wednesday at 10 am JLab time 
(in F228 for the locals) to discuss the addendum.
