[DIRC] meeting Wednesday

Hello Everyone,

Let's try to have a phone meeting this Wednesday at 10 am EST (we do not 
have a room reservation).

Xiaofeng Guo at BNL would like to create a spreadsheet which would list 
a number of areas for each participating institution, and have us 
quantify the progress, expressed as a percentage, quarter-by-quarter. 
The first iteration had goals listed that may not have been entirely 
suited to this type of reporting. I thus promised Xiaofeng that we would 
try to find some better formulations for these goals, perhaps more in 
terms of process than as milestones, making them more suitable for 
assigning percentages.
