Dear R&D proposal contacts,
Attached is the preliminary agenda for the EIC Detector R&D Advisory
Committee meeting December 12-13. Please let me know if you would like
to propose changes (e.g. alternate speakers). As before, the
presentations will be in open session. They should focus on the key
points given in the call for proposals
(https://wiki.bnl.gov/conferences/index.php/EIC_R%25D ), and, for those
projects funded in FY 2011, include a brief summary of progress to date.
If you need help with logistics of attending the meeting, please contact
Fran Capasso (Capasso at bnl.gov; 631-344-4901).
With best regards,
Tom
