[DIRC] upcoming collaboration meeting

Hello Everyone,

The meeting with the advisory committee last week went well.

One item that came up, however, was that all proposals will have to be 
resubmitted in April, in our case for the 3rd year funding. Thus, it 
would probably be very advantageous for us to have our collaboration 
meeting well in advance of that deadline, perhaps no later than February 
or March. If that would not be possible, we could also try to have it in 
April, before the meeting itself, which would likely be in May. But 
either way, it would be good to start thinking about dates soon...
