[DIRC] wiki is up

Hello Everyone,

Our wiki is now up and ready. Just follow the link
https://eic.jlab.org/dirc
and log in with your usual JLab (CUE) password. In order to log in you 
also have to be a member of the dirc group on the CUE machines. I hope I 
managed to set up the membership for everyone, but in case you have a 
problem just let me know and I will make sure that you are added. If you 
are not sure which groups you are a member of, just use the command groups.
