[DIRC] meeting on Wednesday

Hello Everyone,

Let's have a DIRC meeting again on Wednesday at 11 am EST in F224/225.

This would be a good time to discuss more about the preparations for 
Heghine's upcoming visit to GSI, and make some plans for what should be 
done prior and during the visit.

We are also (almost) ready to start procurement of the Hamamatsu tube 
next week.

And finally, we should perhaps revisit our discussion of the 
opportunities for high-resolution sensor applications.
