[DIRC] meeting on Wednesday

Hello Everyone,

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, March 6 at 11 am EST (in B101).

The main items on the agenda will simulation progress and the upcoming 
proposal. In particular, we should discuss if we should adjust our plans 
for hardware procurement, and perhaps redistribute it over three rather 
than two years.
