[DIRC] meeting on Wednesday

Hello Everyone,

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, March 27 at 11 am EST (in B101).

Since the deadline for the proposal resubmission has been postponed 
until May 17, there is a little less urgency to prepare a draft prior to 
our meeting next week, but this will be a good opportunity to have a 
quick discussion on the preparations for the meeting, including travel 
plans, Heghine's documentation of the simulations, and the procurements 
that are in progress.
