[DIRC] meeting on Wednesday

Hello Everyone,

Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, May 29 at 10 am EST in B101.

Helena will give an update on simulations, and it will be a good 
opportunity to discuss the upcoming presentation of our proposal update. 
It could also be be an opportunity to discuss shipping issues.
