[DIRC] disk space for EIC projects

Hello Everyone,

In addition to the 24 GB we have in /group/eic for software (half of which is in use), we will soon receive 1 TB of permanent space for data under /work/eic and another 1 TB for temporary storage (batch farm output, etc) under /volatile/eic.
