[DIRC] DIRC at EIC workshop planning for 2015 - doodle poll

Dear all,

during our DIRC at EIC phone meeting today we decided on the end of March
for our annual meeting.
The core dates are Friday, March 27 through Monday, March 30. We may
want to add Thursday, March 26 to have time for in-depth simulation
discussions, but that depends also a bit on JLab travel. Please pencil
those dates, +- 1 day, into your calendars.
Once we know for sure that JLab travel can book the flights and that
rooms are available I will send a mail with the final dates.

Thanks,
	Joe
