Please distribute it among your R&D group but be aware that<br>
changes on the specific time line are still possible.<br>

I tried to have all presentations on Thursday so that everyone<br>
has a fair chance to work on their homework assignment (if any)<br>
in the evening. On Friday we will have only one public session<br>
for answers to questions by the committee (homework session).<br>
The close-out is planned to take place before noon.<br>
<br>
I currently list the contact persons as speakers. Should the<br>
speaker be different, please let me know soon.<br>
<br>
Needless to say that I ask all speakers to make every effort to prepare their presentation such that they fit in the allocated time slot.<br>
