The power supply is scheduled to get here Monday the 11th. We have a crane scheduled to install it in the FEL building on Wednesday the 13th along with the shielding blocks. We can start HV processing of the gun that evening as well as RF checkout.

I just met with ops people who indicated that having a 10 day run with two shifts of operations per day was better than 7 days with 3 shifts/day due to the fact that they don’t have that many operations familiar with LERF operations. Assuming that we can complete Hot Check-Out by Friday the 22nd we can start operations on Saturday the 23rd and run through the 1st. I would like to see if this schedule works. I have started a run schedule with what Bob had last fall. We need to flesh this out.

Steve
