[Dlsupport] Released nomenclature for 4F (Revised)

After going over the valve interlock proposal with I&C I deleted a few of the ion pumps from the line. In the vicinity of the detector we will be relying on the turbo pumps supplied by MIT. There is a fair amount of MIT hardware not on this list and we need to decide how much of it we want to include. Up to 4F04 and downstream of 4F08 the list should be complete. Let me know if you see something that should be there and isn’t.
Just to repeat from the previous post:
Column C is the position along the beam line. The number of significant figures indicate how well we care about the position. Those with 5 significant figures need to be aligned to the typical 250 um accuracy.
Column D is the new nomenclature for the setup. The color indicates the system (red is magnets, blue is vacuum, and green is I&C).
Column G is the old location of the element. The color code is
green - No modifications,
gold - moved but not modified,
red - modified or new.
Pay attention to the comments in column H. They provide more detail.
Finally column I shows elements that are new or different to the MPS.
