Can be individual or group based. Must be able to accommodate various attachments.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>Document Repository</b> – for actual documents, possibly reference material, or work product<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>Documentation</b> – The sort of thing we’d use a wiki for, mostly internal, or at least informal documentation usually generated by the group itself.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>Image Gallery</b> – The need for this varies greatly, but it’s always a collection of some kind of media files – audio, video, photographic, etc. maintaining, managing, viewing, presenting these is usually important to these groups.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>Event Calendar</b> – This is a common need, either for tracking upcoming events like conferences, or for scheduling things like shifts for group members.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>Team/Task Management Tools</b> – Small engineering support groups frequently want tools to keep track of tasks, project status, etc. in general terms. These tools also include ticket-based problem tracking.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><b>Ability to Easily Access/Edit –</b> site’s content should be easily accessible from on and off site, from mobile devices, etc.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p></div></body></html>
