[dsg-eic_dirc] Review of Laser Operating Safety Procedure for the DIRC Laser Lab in EEL 108

Hi All,

I have attached is the LOSP and THA for the new EIC DIRC laser lab in the EEL building for review, prior to submission for approval.

The lab is currently under construction and is expected to be completed early in 2022.

DSG is currently developing the safety interlocks and control system for the laser lab while it is under construction.
