[dsg-eic_dirc] Borrowed one of the EIC DIRC photodiodes for testing

Hi Greg and Beni,

I have taken one of the four photodiodes in EEL 108 for the EIC DIRC to help with the investigation into how to best readout the signal from it.

I have it at my desk in EEL 231. My desk is the one immediately to the left as you go through the door closest to the stairs.

To avoid any potential overexposure or whatever, I'll keep the photodiode in a box when I'm not using it.
