No problem at all. I believe Walt is not here today, I'll catch up with him early next week. Tyler and I met with Chris Allen and Tina Johnson during their walkthrough.



Hall C (Walter's group) has already started work on refurbishing the optical table.



Construction on the room has started. Tyler and I will keep everyone updated on the progress.

Chris Allen has been asked to be the safety warden for that area and there is a walk around with he and Tina tomorrow at 9:00  if you would like to join them. If you would like to be the safety warden of the area please discuss it with Tina and Chris. I will not be there as I am triple booked for that time slot. Please let me know what happens.

Hi Walt and Ed,



We discussed the development of the activities for the DIRC in EEL 108. .



Patrizia has requested that we look into aspects of the infrastructure. Particularly the "cleanroom" and the optical table. She and Amrit asked that I coordinate the effort from the DSG/DIRC side.



Additionally, We should discuss how to proceed on safety matters for the project/area.



I can meet with you over in 108 and we can discuss how to proceed.



I'll set a meeting.
