[dsg-eic_dirc] Example Gantt chart

Hi Grzegorz,

Attached is an example of a Gantt chart we had for the Hall B RICH Sector 1 project from earlier this year.

The one for the EIC DIRC work doesn't have to be as detailed or precise.

The DIRC chart could be as simple as a list of the work needed, an estimated time each task would take, and when the task would need to be completed.
