We’ll plan to have the meeting this Friday at 3:00pm.

The meeting will be over Zoom, so I’ll send out a meeting link for that soon.

One of the points we can discuss in the meeting is the schedule (in terms of meeting frequency, day, and time) moving forward.

Hi Tyler,

I was planning to write Today about scheduling a weekly meeting so great timing!

On Mondays and Fridays I can meet in person in JLab (good option specially moving forward). Both Friday September 23rd at 3pm and Monday 26th at 11am will work (slight preference for Friday as  there might be another Monday meeting happening next week - I will know tomorrow).

For the weekly meetings moving forward Mondays 11am would work great for me (ZOOM or in person).

In case of a need my open times for meetings:

Mondays: 8-9am, 10-2pm, any time past 4pm (ZOOM/in person)
Tuesdays: 9:30-11am (ZOOM)
Wednesdays: 12-1:30 (every other week) 1:30-4pm, past 6pm (ZOOM)
Thursdays: 8-9am (ZOOM)
Fridays: any time past 11:30am (ZOOM/in person)

I'm also working on Saturdays and Sundays in or close to JLab.
