[dsg-eic_dirc] Change start time of 8/7 DSG - EIC DIRC meeting to 1:30PM?

Hi Tyler,

yes I can make that time.

Is there a wiki page or some other location where meeting information is 
captures. The
reason I ask is that I am aware I was missing many of these meetings and 
not in touch
as much and up to date as I wish to be.
