[dsg-eic_dirc] Options for EIC DIRC optical table side walls

Hello,

For the EIC-DIRC optical table side walls, I have found three candidates for sourcing the walls.

For any option, the end result will be six ~60" x 18" panels that are matte black in color on at least one side and the estimated lead time is ~2.5 weeks (If ordered today, we would get the items the week of March 17).
Also, the final cost may vary after all of the shipping and payment details are entered.

The table at the end contains full details on the three options.

A brief summary in differences between options is the amount of work needed to make them usable after delivery.
Option 1 is usable immediately after we receive it. Option 2 needs to have mounting holes drilled. Option 3 needs to be cut to size and have mounting holes drilled.

The cost and time it would take to drill and/or cut the panels in Options 2 and 3 are uncertain and depend on where the work is done (JLab Machine Shop or other).

Which option should be pursued?

I lean towards Option 1 since it results in a product that is immediately usable once it is delivered.
