Comments:

After an off normal or emergency you state that “work WILL resume after…”. I would suggest you say “work MAY resume after…”. I would also consider requiring another pre-job briefing at this point to go over what happened that caused the stoppage and make sure the workers understand what happened and what corrective measures were implemented.



In the emergency section I would move the third sentence “work will resume…” to the end of that section to make it clear all of the emergency response and assessment must happen before work is resumed.
