[dsg-eic_dirc] EIC DIRC crates in EEL 108 are shipping materials only

Hi everyone,

Minutes from today's EIC DIRC meeting will most likely get posted tomorrow. But in the mean time, I did want to distribute important information about the crates recently moved to EEL 108.

These crates do not have any quartz bars in them. They are only the shipping material that will be sent to SLAC from JLab.

At SLAC, the quartz bars will be packed inside the crates and then, everything will be shipped back to JLab. The timeline for this is still ~3 months away.

We will coordinate with Hall C Technicians (who has been helping move large items for EIC DIRC) and the EIC DIRC collaboration to check the crates before sending them to SLAC to make sure they are correctly prepared.
