[dsg-eic_dirc] Estimated Gantt chart for DSG and EIC DIRC

Hello,

Attached is Gantt chart showing DSG's planned work on EIC DIRC through September 30.

All task durations are estimated and do not have any additional contingency time added in.

Also, the schedule assumes that the detector components will be delivered in late September 2023. This was based on a 3-month delivery time approximation given in the the last DSG EIC DIRC meeting. Any shifts in detector component delivery will change the overall time line.
