Would you be available to meet in person on Monday at 11:00am? Our regular Zoom meeting is at that time, but we can convert it to an in-person meeting to be able to meet to determine the best location of the AC unit and then see if someone from facilities could meet us around 11:30am to go over where the vent and drain holes need to go.

Hi Tyler,

The 1T AC is here. I talked to Walt and he said an exhaust port (maybe 6” round) needs to be cut into the wall or ceiling to duct out the heat. Additionally, a fresh air intake will need to be installed.

Once these decisions are made and holes are done facilities management will need to install a drain line.

I suggest having a meeting between the DIRC group and facilities management come out and decide where all the holes need to go.

Also they should consider an exhaust hole for the heat coming from the laser equipment.
