[dsg-eic_dirc] Procurements for EIC DIRC laser acceptance tests

Hello Rolf,

There are several items that we need to procure for the EIC DIRC laser acceptance tests.

Attached is a spreadsheet of the items that we will need. The total would be $985.00.

There are two categories of items: ones that will be ordered with a PR and ones that will be ordered with a JLab credit card.

For the items ordered using a PR, I will submit the PR shortly and it should be ready for your signature by lunch time today.

For the credit card items, I will wait for you to respond with approval before placing the order.
