[dsg-eic_dirc] EIC DIRC DAQ and analysis macros

Here's a list of other files mentioned in the manual that would be useful to have.


  *   The data files “Name”_2.dat, “Name”_3.dat“,  and Name”_4.dat are used only to analyze the correctness of the diode scan.

  *   out put file IR_Nikon11_faces_442nm_230322_1.root

  *   out put file IR_Nikon11_faces_442nm_230322_1_plot3D.root

I've put the files on the O drive for other DSG members here: O:\DSG\EIC\DIRC\laser_daq\ROOT

I also created a Github repository to make changes easier to track/share here: https://github.com/JeffersonLab/eic_dirc_daq

Both Tyler and I are admins so if anyone else needs access just let one of us know.
