[dsg-eic_dirc] Status of PR 426301 - "EIC DIRC - shipping crate mods hardware"?

It'd be nice to get the items sooner rather than later. We're waiting on some of the parts for work.

Typically, I would have used my PCard for McMaster Carr items and we'd get the items within one week. But, the total for this PR exceeded my single-purchase limit, hence the PR.
