Subject: EIC DIRC crate shipment - JLab Shipping & Receiving contact

Hi Greg and Beni,

Marc and I stopped by JLab Shipping  & Receiving (S&R) today to ask about whether there is any paperwork we need to do for the EIC DIRC shipments. Mike Gelhaar (JLab shipping expert) is out sick, but we spoke to Elaine Zuchowicz from S&R and she gave us some advice.

Regardless of who is paying for the shipment, Mike needs to be included in the shipping plans to make sure all everything is covered, paperwork-wise, for the shipments.
Also, if the shipment will be payed for out of JLab funds, there is some additional paperwork that is needed.

I've CC'ed Mike in this email, so hopefully we can use this as a starting point in making sure everything is okay in terms of JLab S&R paperwork for the DIRC shipment in January.
