[dsg-eic_dirc] Update: work started on EIC DIRC wooden brackets

Hi,

I confirmed this afternoon with Shoreline Industries that they've started work on the wooden brackets for the EIC DIRC shipping crates.

They anticipate it'll take about one week to complete the work.
