[dsg-eic_dirc] EIC DIRC - info about upcoming work and status

Hello,

I've gotten a few emails from collaborators about the EIC DIRC work coming up.
They mainly discussed the timeline of work but they also do a good job at emphasizing that there is a lot of work to be done to get the shipping crates ready.

I found the email thread tricky to follow, so I compiled it all into one document, separated out each email on to a different page, and sorted the messages by send date/time. The PDF is attached.

The original email chain included Rolf, Beni, Greg, and Joe (almost everyone but DSG that is on the dsg-eic_dirc mailing list).
Since the EIC DIRC is a major project that we in the DSG are working on, I wanted to make sure everyone has the latest information.
