[dsg-eic_dirc] Meet Monday Sept. 25 to discuss FM ticket INC0108905?

Hi Greg,

I got a response from Al Porto from Facilities about meeting today to discuss the work on the DIRC crates. Wayne Williams (main work coordinator for the type of request) is out sick and cannot meet this week to talk about the modifications.

It seems the earliest Wayne could meet at the crates is next week (week of Oct 2).

We will still meet in person today in EEL 108 for today's EIC DIRC meeting, so we can make a concrete list of what crate modifications we want.

Hi Paul and Wayne,

We have a facilities service request ticket submitted for some work on wooden crates for shipping EIC DIRC quartz bars (link below).

It's becoming time sensitive to get the crates modified for safe shipment and I know I've talked to you all in the past for work request items.

Could you meet with me and project collaborators to discuss the work needed on the crates on Monday Sept. 25 at 2:00 in EEL 108?

If I should talk to someone else about this work request, please point me to the correct person.
