[dsg-eic_dirc] EIC DIRC epas posted on laser area door

Thank you for meeting this afternoon to discuss laser operations.  Below are items we discussed to complete:

ePAS printed with attached LOP outside of the laser room
  *
LSS to train laser workers using the training guide for SAF114 (DIRC 3B)<https://misportal.jlab.org/training/skills/5967>
     *
Send Jen Williams an email when complete, including name of the laser worker(s) and date training was conducted
     *
Jen will update LMS for laser workers listed in the email from Beni
  *
Ensure only trained laser workers have access to the laser key in the keywatcher
