[dsg-eic_dirc] DSG - EIC DIRC meeting (in-person)

The scheduling poll results showed 1:30PM on Monday was the best time for the DSG - EIC DIRC meeting.

This meeting will be in person in EEL 108 (the area with all of the EIC DIRC crates and laser room).
