Hi Andrew,

We will discuss the rest probably in the meeting tomorrow at 1:30 but regarding your point
"Are all the crystals in the same orientation coming from SLAC (upside down or up right)?

     *   If not, parts need to be on order and time allocated so we can modify the original boxes."

Two bar boxes in SLAC are with a "Wedge-up" orientation, They will be loaded into old wooden crates.
Six bar boxes are with a "Wedge-down" orientation and they will be loaded into new crates that you are finishing right now.

What we should plan (according to SLAC directions) is to have one old Crate on each trailer and ready to be the first out from each trailer.
