[dsg-eic_dirc] EIC DIRC laser interlock passed non-NRTL inspection and path forward

Hi Greg and Andrew,

This morning we met with Adrienne Manley for the non-NRTL (non-nationally recognized testing lab) equipment inspection.
Everything went fine and a QR code label was placed on the laser interlock box inside the laser area to show it has been inspected.

We also discussed the last safety approval steps with Jennifer Williams.
Marc has updated the Laser Operation Procedure in the EPAS, so that is ready to go.
The last step is putting the system's control keys in the keywatcher box in the hallway right outside of EEL 108.
I've submitted a facilities management request for this. Hopefully I hear back soon.

Once the keys are in the keywatcher box, I will schedule an in-person meeting where we will go over the EIC DIRC project-specific laser safety information, go over how to access the keys in the keywatcher box, and hold a pre-job safety briefing. After that, the system will be cleared for normal operation.
