[dsg-eic_dirc] EIC DIRC laser area inspection, walk-through, and test

This meeting will be for the laser area inspection and walk-through for the EIC DIRC QA laser lab.

The inspection and walk-through will be done first and then the functionality test of the laser will be performed immediately after.
