The goal is to enter and exit the laser lab and not have to shut off the laser each time one enters or exits the room (getting tools, bathroom breaks, etc). I've had multiple meetings with Tyler, Jennifer and Greg to make sure everyone is on the same page before moving forward. Tyler is working on a bypass system and controls for this to happen. I have purchased laser rated curtains (per the recommendation and blessing of Jennifer ?) and my team will install it once we receive it (6Week lead time). That leaves updating ePAS to match the controls. Marc, can you please make the addendum to the ePAS? I have asked Tyler to put in writing the changes that he has made and to give them to you. I also attached the information on the curtain being used for the secondary barrier area. The curtain will be in the form of a L shape. If you like, I can discuss in detail with you how the set-up will be. Any questions or concerns, by all means let me know. The last step once the Controls, barrier, and ePAS has been updated is to test said controls. I will set up a meeting for this once we get close to having everything ready.
