We had an EIC - DIRC meeting today and discussed the best placement for the AC unit in the sub-room for the EIC-DIRC in EEL 108.</div>

The AC vent should not blow on the table, so it should be placed on the side of the room with the door on the wall across from the door and be pointing towards the door. Attached is a sketch of the area with where the vent should be noted by a yellow box.</div>

With that placement of the vent, could the AC unit be placed outside of the sub-room with it's output ducted into the room? Putting the unit outside and ducting it into the room would save floor space in an already small room. It'd also make it easier to put

 a HEPA filter in front of the output register in the room to further cut down on dust in the room.</div>
