[Dsg-eic_tracker] Beryllium pipe simulation test update

Hi,

The Jlab pressure systems design authority completed leak/pressure tests for the compressed air system. It is now available to be used.

The test stand assembly continues as the 2.5" tube has been cut to length (28") so that the heating tube can be fitted with an oil drain and sintered vent.

The piping has been cleaned to remove any machine oils and packaging residue.

Finally, George has started making the pipe clamp height adjustments and applying glue to keep these components from moving or vibrating.
