[Dsg-eic_tracker] EIC Beam line test stand update

Happy New Year Patrizia and Rolf,

We just wanted to send an update on the progress of the Beamline test stand DSG is developing for the EIC.

The test stand has been assembled and tested for functionality. We have provided details in the attached talk.

We will send further updates as we progress towards completion of the testing.
