This is the Be pipe mockup with aerogel added.

Entire section of pipe that sees airflow is covered.

specs;
Thickness = 1.0 mm
temp range = -50C to 120C
Thermal cond - 0,036 to 0.040 W/mK

This aerogel is pretty easy to work with. It is somewhat delicate and will easily stretch and deform. I have used 30% of the aerogel for this first attempt.
